Bulls & Bears presents Downtown Hagerstown with a unique dining experience featuring American cuisine in a New York pub-style atmosphere. Set in the heart of Downtown Hagerstown’s Arts and Entertainment district, the Bulls and Bears offers both indoor and outdoor café style seating.
Our affordable menu provides a wide variety of local and regional favorites with our own Bulls and Bears flare. Local favorites include, The Hub City Salad with Mango Honey Lime Dressing, Maryland Crab Pretzel, Bulls and Bears Filet of Top Sirloin, BBQ Tuna and Pistachio Crusted Salmon.
Join us each weekday and all day on Sunday for our signature “After the Bell Happy Hour” and enjoy reduced drink prices. Our Liquid Assets menu offers our guest’s a variety of signature Cocktails and Martini’s.
Private meeting and dining venues are available for your special event. Our on staff event planner works with each client to insure a memory making event.
From your car door to our door, the only place in town where you don't have to weather the elements. Parking available in the Arts & Entertainment Parking Garage, off Washington and Antietam Streets, connected to the Potomac Walk at level three, where you can enter Bull's and Bear's Restaurant & Pub or shop at Trader's on Potomac Convenience Store.

Restaurant: Sunday thru Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday & Saturday 11am-11pm
Bar: Monday thru Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday & Saturday 11am-1am and Sunday 12pm-11pm
Happy Hour: Monday thru Friday 4pm-7pm, ALL DAY ON SUNDAYS
