The American Red Cross, Washington County Chapter was founded in 1917 as part of the American National Red Cross, the nation's foremost humanitarian organization. The Washington County Chapter has a proud history of providing emergency disaster relief, services to members of the Armed Forces, blood services and health and safety programs for all ages.
"March is Red Cross Month" is a time to celebrate the spirit of Red Cross employees, volunteers and donors who support critical needs across America. The Red Cross draws its very identity from the millions of everyday heroes who donate their time, blood and financial resources to the Washington County chapter. Join us March 24, 2007, for Save-A-Life-Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Free CPR class and blood drive, 1131 Conrad Court, Hagerstown, MD. Call 301-739-0717.
