Hang up the Gone Fishin’ sign — Devil’s Backbone surrounds about 200 yards of rushing water on the Antietam Creek that is stocked with trout and open to the public. Plenty of shade, canoe access and a scenic view of historic Booth’s Mill Bridge make this second oldest Washington County park a favorite spot to troll for a bite.
