November/December 2014

Now that the autumnal chill is in the air and Halloween is behind us, it seems appropriate to begin the yearly months-long embrace of the holiday season. The November/December issue of HM features a waltz through James Cramer’s tastefully decorated1830s farmhouse. For an additional sample of inspiration, we enlisted the help of Roostervane Gardens and Candlelight Floral Designs to come up with some creative decoration ideas based off old-fashioned Christmas cards. This issue also features our annual Gift Guide featuring great stocking stuffers from local merchants, and three fantastic essays from locals on what thanks and giving means to them. We also caught up with four seniors who managed to slow down just long enough to share with us their stories about checking items off their bucket list. As always, there’s more in the magazine than here on the web, so sneak a peek, and don’t forget to pick up a copy.
